Photography has always been my passion... but did you know I'm an Analyst? I know right :)

Hey ya ! My name is Karen and I’ve been in love with photography for a very long time! I started with film shooting Nikon for a few years. Went to Sheridan College to study photography right after finishing my finance studies. I knew I wanted to be in art. I loved going to classes playing around with light in the studio and let’s not forget developing my own photos which is a true art or it’s own ! 

My favourite photographer is Ansel Adams. - an American Landscape Photographer. He was a genius of his time. His photos are perfect - the different shades of greys and the attention to detail and depth of field ugh stunning. Just beautiful!

After years of shooting, I’m finally building my own style and focusing of what I love. Capturing connections. I thrive for the look, the touch when holding hands, the love of a mother eyes - I feel like I’ve been prepping for this for my entire life. It’s my way of giving back - and to be part of a piece of memory in someone’s life.

Today, I’m a Canon Digital girl - shoot families with a lifestyle flare. I continue to learn my craft to find new ways to deliver quality work. 

I’ve become a mom through the years which helps me to understand what a mom feels and would want to have captured. I understand the struggles in life and tireless nights… I get it. I want to make this easy and enjoyable for you quick and effective. Stress free sessions are my aim.
